- Final rule: Amendments to derivatives clearing organization general provisions and core principles
- Proposed rule: Prohibition on post-trade name give-up on swap execution facilities
- Proposed rule: Cross-border application of the registration thresholds and certain requirements applicable to swap dealers and major swap participants
- Request for comment on designated foreign sovereign debt as collateral and acceptable currencies for collateral and settlement

- Hold votes on various Dodd-Frank items, and an accredited investor definition update
- Consider whether to approve the 2020 budget of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and the related annual accounting support fee for the Board under Section 109 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002
- Consider whether to adopt a cross-border swaps proposal it voted 3-1 to release in May
- Vote on whether to adopt rules directing swap dealers and major security-based swap participants to follow certain risk mitigation techniques, as well
- Vote on whether to release a proposal that would expand the accredited investor definition, which has income and net worth requirements for determining who can invest in private, and potentially more risky, offerings
