Federal Open Market Committee will probably keep interest rates on hold amid concern about the state of the world's biggest economy.  On Wednesday, the FOMC announces decision, followed by statement.

Open meeting  to vote on issuing a long-anticipated consolidated audit trail plan for public comment.  The CAT will collect and identify orders, cancellations and executions for exchange-listed equities and options across all U.S. markets, with the goal of making it easier for regulators to investigate wrongdoing and market conditions.

MUNICIPAL SECURITIES RULEMAKING BOARD
Webinar: MSRB Rule G-42 on Duties of Non-Solicitor Municipal Advisors. MSRB staff will review the key provisions of the rule, including the specific duties of care and loyalty that are components of the federal fiduciary duty for municipal advisors when dealing with municipal entity clients. The webinar will also review suitability recommendations and requirements to provide clients with written disclosure of conflicts of interest, among other duties.
