Dear Friend and Neighbor,  

It is my pleasure to invite you to my Eighth Annual State of the 
District Address in Northern Manhattan on Sunday, October 28, 2018, 
at the George Washington Educational Campus located at 549 
Audubon Ave (cross street W 193rd St), at 2:00pm, doors open at 1:00pm. 

Each year, my office works hard to put together this great event, where 
we are able to provide a progress report to the community regarding 
legislative updates, district projects and events, and constituent 
services  provided to the community over the past year. 

This year we will be sharing our Northern Manhattan Development 
Plan initiatives and our vision for the future!

We have many great things to talk about so I hope to see you there!

Apreciado Amigo y Vecino,

Es un placer invitarlo a nuestro Octavo Discurso Anual de Rendición
de Cuentas en el Norte de Manhattan el Domingo 28 de Octubre del
2018, en el Campus Educacional George Washington ubicado en el
549 de la Avenida Audubon (esquina calle W 193rd St), a las 
2:00pm, puertas abren 1:00pm. 

Cada  año, mi oficina trabaja arduamente para organizar este  gran evento,
en el que podemos proporcionar un informe de  progreso a la comunidad 
con respecto a nuevos Proyectos de Ley,  eventos del distrito y de los
servicios a los miembros de la comunidad del año previo. 

¡Este año compartiremos nuestras iniciativas  del Plan de Desarrollo del
Norte de Manhattan y nuestra  visión para el futuro! 

Tenemos muchas cosas importantes de las que hablar, ¡así que espero 
verlos allí!
