IOTR Applauds President Trump Establishing Hunters Bill of Rights and the Restoration of American Saltwater Angling and Recreation

MARSHFIELD — International Order of T. Roosevelt (IOTR) CEO Luke Hilgemann today released the following statement regarding President Trump Establishing Hunters Bill of Rights and the Restoration of American Saltwater Angling and Recreation.

"The two greatest hurdles hunters site when leaving the sport are lack of access and too many regulations. With the signing of two incredibly important Executive Orders last week, President Trump is addressing both and ensuring the pathway to keeping the next generation actively hunting, fishing and conserving. This profound expansion of access to America’s public lands and waterways, will not only welcome the next generation of hunters, but will also promote wild game and tackle the much-needed modernization of our federal fisheries. We are pleased to see the President take these important steps to eliminate burdensome restriction on American anglers that are sure to further our recreational industries."
