Virginia ColdDock 258 - Class A New Construction Available for Lease/Ownership

A planned 240,000 square-foot cold storage facility in Shirley T. Holland Intermodal Park Phase III, on U.S. Route 258 near the Town of Windsor, is available for lease/ownership. Virginia ColdDock 258 will offer freezer, cooler, processing, and, dry spaces divisible by 20,000 SF, 85 dock doors, and 32-foot clear ceiling height minimum. The site provides abundant trailer storage, direct access to the Port of Virginia, and is 57 miles from I-95 via U.S. Routes 460 or 58.
