Change is in the air for 2020!
Announcing IPAY's New Part-Time Staff
IPAY is happy to welcome three new year-round part-time staff members to our Philadelphia team, filling the vital roles of Logistics Coordinator, Business Associate, and Engagement Associate.

We'd also like you to meet our new Showcase Production Manager and our seasonal CultureCrew Teaching Artist. Get to know them this year in Philly!
Thank you, Anne Ketcham!
Earlier this year, IPAY said a bittersweet goodbye to Anne Ketcham, who developed and held the role of Conference and Management Associate for our 2019 Showcase.

Anne first worked for IPAY at Showcase 2015 in Philadelphia as a Registration Manager, and transitioned into a year-round role in 2016. She served as Membership Associate and Assistant Production Manager for Showcase 2018, and integrated all of this institutional knowledge into her role over the last two years as Conference and Management Associate.

Anne's keen attention to detail, and knack for organizing data has positively impacted many facets of IPAY's day to day operations. Her experience in production stage management in Philadelphia, her expertise in administration, and her passion for the performing arts have been enormous assets to the ever-growing organizational structures of IPAY.

We are so grateful to Anne for her dedication to our mission over the last 4 years, and for the conference management systems she developed. Anne will be deeply missed at IPAY, but has already begun a new adventure as a full-time Associate Technical Director for MC3 Productions in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Join us in congratulating Anne on her new opportunity!

Kindling 2020: TWIST & FLIP
Step right up! Step right up! Step right up!

Feast your eyes, minds and imaginations on the whirling, the twirling, the twisting, the daring and the disciplined. IPAY Kindling 2020 shines the spotlight on the centre ring with a focus on CIRCUS and DANCE for young audiences.

Deviate from the path of traditional theatrical devices to explore the blurring of lines between performative styles and discover new points of intersection; new network and touring opportunities; and genre-specific creation processes. Flip your perception of narrative structures, education links and social impact value through circus and dance.

This year, Kindling 2020: TWIST & FLIP will combine sessions proposed by members through Accelerant with a curated program of workshops, plenaries, and dialogues, to turn the spotlight on CIRCUS and DANCE for young audiences. TWIST & FLIP will provide daily opportunities for learning and cross-cultural exchange, focusing on the unique capabilities of circus and dance makers and innovative approaches to engagement, producing, presenting, and touring.
