It's Also Food Pantry Sunday
In worship on the 4th Sunday of the month we bring forward and bless gifts for the Irving Park Food pantry, one of our partners in ministry.  Church members of all ages regularly contribute food or financial support to the pantry, serve on its board, or volunteer during service hours. The pantry operates out of Irving Park Methodist Church and is open Wednesdays from 9 am - 11:30 pm and the second Tuesday of the month from 6-8 pm.  You may bring non-perishable food donations for the pantry to IPLC at any point during the month (please place them in the basket at the entrance at the corner of Harding & Belle Plaine), or put a financial contribution designated "Food Pantry" in the offering plate or online.

Prayer of the Day for Sunday
Compassionate God, you gather the whole universe into your radiant presence and continually reveal your Son as our Savior. Bring wholeness to all that is broken and speak truth to us in our confusion, that all creation will see and know your son, Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord.  Amen.
