Volunteers drove through the parking lot to cheers, special treats and hand-decorated signs welcoming them to the reverse parade.
Volunteer Parade Warmed Our Hearts!
The year 2020 has brought with it a host of challenges, but one of the greatest challenges has been missing IPM's amazing volunteers. Last week, IPM staff held a special parade to celebrate our volunteers and let them know how much we miss them.

We can't wait to have volunteers back to the pantry in full force as soon as it is safe to do so! We miss you and we appreciate you so much!
"The parade event was so wonderful and inspiring. Nothing during this pandemic has lifted my spirits like it did. It also made me realize how much I missed volunteering and your wonderful staff members." -Nancy Howard, Volunteer
TQL Sponsors Hot Meal and IPM Mobile Pantry
Through a partnership with Total Quality Logistics, IPM held its second-largest mobile food pantry in history, serving 342 families in need. TQL hosted a hot meal for the families driving through their parking lot and provided volunteers to pack boxes and pass out non-perishable goods, fresh produce, meat and dairy.
One client commented, "I was so happy to know this was here. I have never needed a pantry before, but my husband is out of work, and for the first time we needed food. Thank you."
