Shout Out: ECOB

The Enhanced Coordination of Benefits Team (ECOB) earns the IRC’s February Shout Out.

The IRC works closely with ECOB every day. The ECOB department, which is part of For Health Consulting at UMass Chan Medical School, works tirelessly to ensure employer insurance is posted with MassHealth (TPL information). They provide assistance with numerous issues related to commercial insurance and MassHealth coverage.

They are an invaluable partner. We could not provide families and providers the answers to their questions without our friends at ECOB!
