The IRC collaborates with many agencies, and organizations, to help the families, individuals, and providers we serve get the answers they need. We’ve added a new feature to the monthly newsletter called the “Shout Out” to recognize and thank those who go above and beyond.
This month’s inaugural Shout Out goes to the MassHealth Enrollment Center (MEC) Teams.
The MassHealth Enrollment Center has been an invaluable partner with some of the most complex MassHealth-related issues we encounter. Their assistance has helped us resolve barriers preventing access to treatment and services for many families we serve. We are so grateful for all they do!
