It is not surprising that this Brevard community for military retirees should place heavy emphasis on hurricane preparedness. While many of us prepare for the big storms by assuming a headless chicken stance and loading up on Cheetos just hours before the storm is slated to hit, the 1,200 residents of IRCC get their act together well before any bad weather is anywhere in the horizon.

A television film crew came to Anna Flowers Brotemarkle's home at Indian River Colony Club on June 1st to shoot her part on the new documentary,
World's Most Evil Killers, which will be shown internationally later this year. The British media production company interviewed Anna about her book Bound to Die, the case of Tampa Bay serial killer Bobby Joe Long.
