We'd like to also acknowledge and thank the Petratroia, Manton, and Da Silva families for their generous support towards the Legacy Project campaign.
Well, we definitely DIY’d and we had a blast doing it. Every class had a chance to come down and take part in the activities which included “Pineapple Bowl”, “Frisbee Hula”, “Surf & Turf”, and of course “Limbo”. An overheated Mustang was around most of the day posing for pictures and generally being a good sport. We had a very successful concession where the “Takis” were the first to disappear (note to self), and pretty awesome photo sessions at the green screen, where even Bishop Greg took a minute to relax and pretend he was far away on holiday. Thank you to all who contributed to our cause, which was of course to have fun and start spring break with a bang, but also to help raise funds for the Mustangs’ Learning Commons Legacy Project campaign.
Our Beach Day DIY was not only fun, it helped us get closer to our final fundraising goal! Students were encouraged to bring in donations through out the week and they delivered. For those students who did not get a chance to donate yet, we are still accepting donations through out spring break. Thank you to everyone who participated.
Mr. Boechler said investing in this outfit finally paid off...I'm not sure how...!
...and this is how you play the "Floatie relay race"!
Umbrella drinks, anyone?
Too bad the masks make almost the whole face disappear...but we know the smiles are there!
Bishop Greg came to speak to the grade 11s and 12s and because it was Beach day, he dressed for the occasion.
Dear Immaculata Families,
Spring has almost sprung, and with the anticipation of warmer and longer days ahead, so too comes the joy of Spring flowers!
The PSG is excited to announce our 2021 Spring Fundraiser. This year we will be trying something new & partnering with a local, family run nursery. Better Earth Gardens has a wonderful reputation for the quality and beauty of their arrangements and, best of all, they are located just down the road from Immaculata!
The ordering process will be a bit different than what we’ve done in past years. Orders & payments will be processed as follows:
-     Have a look at the attached brochure of available products.
-     Fill out (manually or on the computer) either the PDF or Excel order form, attached to this email, and email to renaeclarkson@gmail.com. Please ensure that your order form includes your name and method of payment.
-     Etransfer: to irhs.activities@cisnd.ca and under memo/message, please include the word “fundraiser” and your name.
-     Cheque/cash: place in an envelope WITH a copy of your order form and return to Ms. Despins at the office, after Spring Break. Please ensure that cheques are made out to IRHS PSG.
**We are unable to accept Credit Card Payments for this fundraiser**

ALL ORDERS/PAYMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY APRIL 12th. Orders will be available for pick up in early May. Date TBA.
Thank you so much your continued support of our Immaculata kids. Needless to say, this has been somewhat of a different year in terms of our fundraising abilities, so we are relying substantially more on our seasonal fundraisers. As well, we are happy to not only be supporting our own school community but also our local small business community. Thank you!
Have a fantastic Spring break!

Could there be a better day to talk about John Paul II’s letter to women and the philosophical idea of FEMININE GENIUS?
I think not!
Please CALL the office at
and leave a recorded message for Mrs. Despins if your child will be absent or late.
It is very important that every student is accounted for when marked away and Mrs. Despins will be calling if she has not heard from you
