Updates to your Monthly Deductible Billing

We implemented a slight adjustment to members monthly deductible billing that was effective for the August billing. Instead of combining all credits and deductibles on one invoice/credit memo, we are now issuing an invoice for all deductibles billed along with a separate credit memo if applicable for that month. Everything will still be able to be reconciled against your statement as well as the deductible billing report. As always, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your monthly billings, please contact Shaakira Richmond at ShaakiraR@irmarisk.org or Ashli Boss at AshliB@irmarisk.org
