IRS Raises Health FSA Contribution Cap to $3050

On Oct. 18th, the IRS announced the annual contribution limit for 2023 will rise to $3,050. This is an increase from $2,850 in 2022. This increase is double the $100 rise from 2021 to 2022 and reflects recent inflation. In addition, the maximum carryover amount for 2023 is $610, a $40 increase from 2022.

November is Diabetes Awareness Month. Diabetes is the seventh leading cause of death and one of the leading causes of disability in the United States. More than 34 million Americans have diabetes and approximately one in three people in the United States are at a high risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

The QCARE Diabetes Management Program is our special way of caring for people living with high blood sugar. Members and their dependents with high blood sugar can take part at no added cost.
