Dear International Roundup Attendees,

It is with our deepest regret to notify you of our difficult decision to cancel the upcoming International Roundup event in Casper, Wyoming due to ramifications surrounding the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). As the first-ever cancellation in the 26 years of running this event, this was a decision that did not come lightly, nor was it a decision any of us wanted to make.

In light of the recent travel ban issued by President Trump, several countries on complete lockdown, several other international tour operator agencies issuing company-wide travel bans, and the World Health Organization characterizing COVID-19 a pandemic, we could not in good faith move forward with hosting this event.

If you are a regional supplier, RMI will be contacting you directly in the coming weeks to offer the option of a full registration refund amount, or a credit of your 2020 IRU registration to be used for the 2021 IRU event in Casper, Wyoming, tentatively scheduled for March 2021.

If you are a buyer, your in-market representative will contact to notify you of this event cancellation directly and will be available for any assistance you may need in canceling your existing travel plans.

We want to thank the Visit Casper CVB, Wyoming Office of Tourism, and Ramkota Hotel for their coordination during this difficult time as we came to this decision. We hope to see our tourism friends (new and returning) at next year’s event in Casper and/or at future events to come.

Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the RMI team at or 307-637-4977.
