For symposia and workshop submissions, each participant has to submit their individual presentation information and/or a financial disclosure. Don't wait until the deadline to start the submission!

The Chair needs to initiate the proposal and invite the rest of the presenters by January 8th to ensure the presenters have time to complete their portion of the proposal. Everyone participating in the submission must submit before the Chair can officially submit the proposal for review.

From there, each individual presenter has until January 15th to login and submit their part of the proposal.

The Chair then has until the FINAL deadline of January 16th to review all aspects of the proposal, make any edits needed, and then officially submit the proposal for review.
