Join the ISBD on June 2nd as we host a free online webinar that covers current lifestyle interventions for bipolar disorders.

Presenters Dr. Elisa Brietzke (Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada and ISBD Nutrition and Exercise Task Force Co-Chair) and Dr. Julie Milder (Baszucki Group) will review the influence of lifestyle interventions, specifically diet and exercise, on the course of bipolar disorders. They will also review the evidence and future implications for clinical care and research in the field.

They will be joined by moderators Professor Ralph Kupka (Amsterdam University Medical Center, Netherlands) and Sara Schley (BrainStorm the Film) as they discuss the uses for these interventions from both a clinical and lived experience perspective.

We hope you will be able to join us on Monday, June 2nd, 2025, at 12:00pm EDT for this free one-hour webinar. A recording will be available on the ISBD website for those not able to attend the live session.
