WHAT IS ISC GYM?

ISC Gym is a strength and conditioning facility based in Ipswich, Suffolk.


ISC Gym offers S&C training, personal programmes and exercise, as well as on-site nutrition coaching and sports therapy to members who are looking to improve their overall health and fitness as well as sport performance.


ISC Gym is led by accredited and qualified strength and conditioning coaches who have an extensive background in working within the fitness industry and elite sports performance.


Using this knowledge and experience alongside a strong academic background the coaches at ISC Gym ensure that all-comers not only receive a structured and effective exercise regime, but will make sure training methods are up to date, and specific to the individual in order to maximise results.


Every session at ISC is delivered in a friendly, non-judgmental and welcoming atmosphere. This means whatever your ability, experience or goal there is a place for you to train, improve and progress.


Whether you are a professional athlete or a regular gym-goer, ISC Gym will design and implement the perfect training plan for you.

Now, while we ideally recommend 3-4 x S&C sessions per week to maximise any training routine, we know beginning a new gym or a new gym routine is a tough start to make!


With this in mind, we have launched a 1 x per week membership in order to help people begin their training journey with us slowly and surely. Learn the technique, manage a busy schedule and ease yourself into a structured S&C plan.


Many of our members have begun with this option before committing to a more full time training plan.

COACHES & MEMBERS TAKE ON THE CAMBRIDGE HALF MARATHON 2022


Coaches Damon Artiss, Adam Robinson and members Matt Agate and Doug Betts will all be undertaking the Cambridge Half Marathon on Sunday 6th March 2022.


Competitions and events have been limited over the past 18+ months due to the global pandemic, but with races and challenges beginning again we love helping Team ISC prepare!


With a structured S&C routine in place you can ensure you are ready, injury free and your body is robust enough to cope with any challenge or goal you have this year.


If you see any of the guys in the gym over the next few weeks feel free to ask how their training is going on, and how their programme has been constructed.
