Just a reminder -
Way back in February during our ISCPA Lunch Series, we learned some important tips about resiliency and how self care is a necessity. This is probably more important now, then ever.

Pause for Purple
A visual cue is a great way to remind yourself to slow down and take a few deep breaths.

At St. Luke’s, they have placed purple dots around the hospital to remind employees to pause.

When you pause - take three deep breaths- it’s proven to help you relax!
Self Care
Taking a 5 minute break from your desk after working 60-90 minutes results in increased work productivity throughout the day. 

Positively reinforce yourself to be healthy. Changing your passwords can remind you of your goals. That's what I did:
