Update on The First Islamic Shia Centre Brisbane, Australia
Since its inception in Nov 2010 the Islamic Shia Council of Queensland (ISCQ), has provided a range of services for the Brisbane community. Now the plans are to provide a quality facility for people of all ages. The aim of the project is to bring the whole community together, whether it is creating harmonious, interactive and vibrant youth who would develop into committed citizens or providing services for young and old throughout Brisbane.
Allhamdolillah a suitable property for the purpose has been found located at 50 Parramatta Rd, Underwood, QLD 4119, Queensland. Details of the property can be found below. Depending on the state of the funding and Logan Council approval, the project can be completed in 6 months.

It is through your and overseas support and generosity that we can enable this vision to become a reality. As the figures show, Mashallah the community has already raised A$ 750,000 of the required funding, and a further A$ 750,000 is required to complete the centre.
We now have less than 60 days for the Logan City Council approval and to collect the remaining funds. This is the time to take action!! Wake Up!!
