ASTROLOGY FORECAST
We are on the other side of the eclipse season, but it does not end with the actual dates of the phenomenon. On the contrary, an eclipse initiates a change in paradigm, and I hope for you, a bright new way to create in your life.
Portals, black and white holes, and wormhole type openings are bringing us new energies and information all the time. This accelerates during eclipses, peak moon phases, solar flares, seasonal shifts, during meteor showers, or when comets pass by. Your conscious mind can keep up with just so much. This is a great place to trust your full soul expression and become as receptive as possible, knowing that your soul and the universe is working toward your greatest good.
Do not be alarmed if nothing comes to mind or seems to have shifted. The effects of an eclipse last for months and years. It is enough if you initiate something new in thought and/or feeling. If you are able to make some small, symbolic gesture in action, or ceremony, that will help solidify your new creation on the physical plane. Happy creating!
ASTROLOGY FORECAST
(Nov 1- 8)
Asteroid VESTA begins retrograde on 11/2 at 7° Cancer, and will regress back into Gemini on 12/21/23.She will be in retrograde motion until 2/10/24.
This is what I wrote when Vesta moved into Cancer on 9/13/23:
"Vesta is the representative of the inner flame in all of us. Its natal placement in everyone's chart is the location of the sacred in their lives. In Cancer, Vesta has traditionally been associated with home and hearth. It has been thought to add to the already nurturing quality of Cancer. Now we may want to put emphasis on self love and keeping that inner flame burning strong. We are all collectively dealing with our shadows. Think of Vesta as your eternal flame. Just as the innocents in the temple were trusted to keep the flame burning, you can also trust your ability to keep the connection with your Soul's flame."
Now, in the succeeding months the world conflict has increased and that sacred flame becomes even more important. Any retrograde interval offers the chance to evaluate from a different perspective. Within Cancer you will likely be FEELING even more deeply, what in you is sacred. What is healing and helpful to bring to the world around you. Remember that I invited you to think of the crab symbol as an indication that the home is where the heart is and goes with you wherever you go.
This retrograde will see VESTA move back into Gemini which will encourage that sacred flame to express and infiltrate the outer world around you. You need not directly interact with the masses if that does not call to you. Just know that you will naturally emanate that sacred flame through your very existence.
JUPITER is closest to the Earth on 11/1 and 11/2, and reaches opposition on 11/3. That means that the planet of great luck will shine its brightest light upon us on these nights. Go out and look to the east in the early evening sky.
SATURN stations direct at 0° Pisces on 11/04. This retrograde began on 6/17.
SATURN in Pisces is an unusual combination of energies. Have you felt differently about reality? During this time have you found ideas that once seemed too far beyond the norm to take seriously become more tangible to you? Conversely, have you chosen to leave some dreams and ideas in the nebulous realms of possibility, whose time has not yet come? This is another chance to refine your experience more. Why might that be the case?
This forward movement begins at 0° Pisces and will be at 0° for most of November. Zero degrees of any sign contains all the attributes of that sign or house. It is the undiluted nature of the sign. It also invites a new pattern of experience with the planet and sign involved.
Pisces is the culmination of a cycle, and Saturn helps implement the ideals and insights gained into a workable, tangible framework. How do we organize our plans/ideas and get to work on their fruition? This is where Saturn as your favorite teacher/coach, rather than your taskmaster is a key to getting the most out of these energies. Saturn will be in Pisces until Feb 2026, except for 3 months in 2025, so you have a lot of time to work with this energy combination. It has the potential to be transformative in a very good way.
VENUS moves into Libra on 11/8 until 12/4. This is Venus' happy place! She rules Libra, which simply means that this is, perhaps, the best place for both the sign and the planet to express their attributes. Libra loves balance, justice, refinement, harmony, and beauty. Venus is our sister planet, our morning and evening star. Except for the Sun and Moon, she is the brightest light in our sky. She can be seen even in urban areas where ambient light overpowers starlight. Goddess light and beauty, grace, and abundance are associated with Venus. This combination can show us how this can be universally true for everyone.
Whatever feelings of grace and beauty come into your heart during this transit you may have an excellent opportunity to coalesce onto the physical plane. Your "heart mind", or thoracic brain, may gain strength of expression during this transit because there is another YOD formation coming next week that involves Venus while she is in Libra. This "finger of god" involves the close personal planets and the benifics; Mercury, Moon, Venus, and Jupiter.

(Nov 9 - 16)
MERCURY moves into Sagittarius on 11/10 until 12/1.
To understand this transit and combination of energies it is useful to delve deeper into the mythology and the astronomy of this sign and this planet.
The symbol of Sagittarius is the Centaur. Being half man, half horse puts this sign in a mythical, spiritual light. The key characteristics of the sign are philosophy, freedom, far sight, and hopefulness. It is a mutable fire sign that is very dynamic. The horse has a strength and mobility that adds majesty to the picture.
Now let us look at the astronomy involved. A supermassive black hole, that is aligned with the galactic center of the Milky Way Galaxy, exists in the Sagittarius constellation in our sky. From a spiritual and astrological point of view, this would be a significant portal for new information and energies to come onto the Earth plane for us to work with. There are also several star clusters and 3 nebulae within the constellation. It is a rich area of our sky that is a delight when stargazing.
MERCURY is the messenger god with the winged helmet. Mercury excels in mental energy. It enhances the connection between the spiritual and physical planes. In Sagittarius, Mercury is a bit challenged as it is at 90° square from the two signs it rules - Gemini and Virgo. Mercury can run wild in Sagittarius. It has all that galactic input combined with its own curiosity about, literally everything. Mercury in Sagittarius will explore and study incessantly, but don't expect much practical action during this transit. Do not be overly concerned if your thoughts run away with you and jump from one subject to another. Try to find patience if this rather accelerated thinking pattern doesn't seem to produce tangible results. What is worthwhile and important will come with time. This is all quite uplifting and exciting. It is a time when inventions and new solutions may begin. This year there will be a return to this placement in late December and early January during the last Mercury retrograde of the year.
There is a NEW MOON in Scorpio on 10/13 at 4:27 am EST. This night will feature a 3 way conjunction between the SUN, MOON, and MARS. Combined with Scorpio energy this will probably create some powerful responses. If the result is aggressive then you may want to hold space, stay calm, and wait it out. There may also be good developments that are something you should proceed with. The passion associated with Scorpio and Mars' power may be the added impetus needed for something you have been reluctant to initiate. Discernment is appropriate on this New Moon.
The following day, the 14th, is another YOD, or "finger of god," formation. A quick review of this aspect is that it is extremely powerful. It is considered fated. Big things can materialize resulting from this aspect - and we have had several of them since July.
This one features Venus in Libra sextile Mercury and the Moon (who are conjunct) in Sagittarius at the base. The apex planet is Jupiter in Taurus.
Analysis of this aspect's energies reveals some very exciting possibilities. The 2 most benefic planets are involved - Venus and Jupiter. The sextile of Libra and Sagittarius might introduce some revolutionary new ideas and developments that have a very fair and balanced effect that benefits all equally. The great luck of Jupiter in Taurus at the apex may indicate a simple, honest creation that works beautifully with the Earth's kingdoms in a way that results in harm to no element of life.
The beneficial changes created or initiated during this year's YOD formations may not be obvious at first. They may become apparent later when we can look back at these few months and be able to say, "Yes, that is when it started."
