RESIDENT COMPOUND ID: Ensuring Safety and Security


At Ishbilia Compound, the safety of our residents is paramount. To uphold this, we enforce the use of resident compound ID for access.



Who Needs a Resident Compound ID?

  • Any new tenant moving into the compound.
  • Existing tenants relocating to a new villa within the compound.
  • Residents under 16 years old are exempt.

 

What are the requirements for obtaining a Compound ID?

  • TIF (Tenant Information Form).
  • Digital Iqama from Absher App or Saudi Visa Page.
  • Clear passport-size photo on a white background.
  • Old compound ID (for residents transferring internally within the compound).

 

Why Do I Need a Compound ID?

  • It serves as identification when entering the compound.
  • It prevents trespassers and undocumented residents from staying in the compound.
  • Grants access to compound facilities.

 

How to Obtain and Collect Your Compound ID?

The ID collection is available at the CF Administration Office, opposite Tamimi Supermarket. Open from 12PM – 8:00PM Saturday to Thursday.

Embracing the 20Km/h speed limit (12Miles/h)

In our ongoing commitment to fostering a safe and secure environment, we would like to remind all the residents and their guests that the speed limit allowed within the compound is:

Recently, speeding-related incidents have increased despite numerous reminders about road safety and the marked maximum speed limit. As a result, the Ishbilia Compound Management decided to implement an immediate ban on vehicle speeding for a week (7 days) from the date of the incident. After the banning duration is fulfilled, the driver/owner of the vehicle must sign an undertaking letter reinforcing their commitment to abiding by the speed limit, road safety guidelines, and applicable community rules and regulations. 


WHY 20Km/h?

Adhering to a 20km/h speed limit ensures a controlled and secure environment for everyone. By driving at a moderate speed, we collectively contribute to a safer community for pedestrians and fellow residents. 

We believe that together, we can create a community that prioritizes safety and considers the well-being of all residents. Let’s drive with care, respect, and consideration for one another.

All the residents are urged to report all noted speed limit and other road safety violations to [email protected] with the vehicle's details, location, and time for further assessment and investigation.

BE A RESPONSIBLE SHOPPER



Let’s strive to be responsible shoppers and courteous members of our community. Tamimi Supermarket has generously provided pushcarts to enhance the grocery experience of all the residents. However, some residents are borrowing pushcarts and neglecting to return them.

All residents who are borrowing a pushcart must return it promptly to the supermarket. The residents’ cooperation to ensure that these resources are available creates convenience for everyone. Let us do our part to make the grocery experience easier and more enjoyable for everyone. 

CAR AND GARAGE WASHING NOTICE


We've observed that car and garage washing has become a common practice within the compound. Unfortunately, some residents are using excessive amounts of water during this activity, resulting in water overflowing onto sidewalks and streets. This pooling of water is causing inconvenience to many residents, potential damage, and an unsightly environment. Moreover, excessive water usage is considered a waste of valuable resources.

To address this issue, the Management is discouraging this practice. While residents are permitted to hire their car wash provider, we kindly remind everyone to adhere to compound guidelines regarding water usage and conservation.

At Ishbilia Residential Compound we take pride in being a pet-friendly community, making it a home for your entire family including your beloved pets. 

 

However, with this privilege comes the responsibility to ensure a harmonious living experience for all residents. Before you introduce your pets to our community every pet owner must understand and uphold their responsibilities. 

  1. Pet Registration - Before bringing in your pet, please register them with Compound Management. Please email [email protected] to obtain the necessary registration form.
  2. Restrictions on Commercial Use - Pets are not allowed to be kept for commercial purposes, and excessive quantities of pets are not permitted within the community.
  3. Identification - All pets should wear appropriate identification tags with current contact information when outside your property. This facilitates quick identification in case of any concerns. 
  4. Pet Well–Being - Ensure your pet receives regular veterinary check-ups and vaccinations. This helps maintain the health and safety of your pet and the community. Pets must be cared for in a humane manner, following best international practices on animal care.
  5. Behavioral Responsibility - Pet owners are responsible for their pets' behavior. This includes preventing excessive noise, nuisance, and addressing any damages to property or potential harm to others promptly. Dogs must be kept on a leash and under the handler's full control when outside the owner's private property within the community.
  6. Restricted Areas - Pets are not allowed in common parks, children's playgrounds, central facilities, sports facilities, and grass areas outside the villas. There is a specific pet/dog park near central facilities.
  7. Pet Waste Management- Promptly clean up after your pet. Properly dispose of pet waste in designated areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the Compound.
  8. Pet Food - Pet food of any kind should not be left in common areas, near structures, including front porches, decks, pavements, footpath access to the villa, and roadside.
  9. Community Management - The community management reserves the right to handle any unleashed pet and dangerous breed within the community without referring to the resident. Expenses for the removal of unauthorized pets will be the sole responsibility of the owner/resident.
