Toward Greater Freedom

Online Retreat

Toward Greater Freedom is an adaptation of the Spiritual Exercises developed and written by Fr. Anthony Borrow, S.J. The materials provide structured and specific spiritual exercises which help you discover your own way to prayer and discernment.

This online retreat begins September 24 offering small group meetings on Tuesday evenings via Zoom. All materials are provided online. Retreatants make time for preparation, prayer, and reflection as well as attend the regular meetings. Space is limited and offered on a first registered basis.

The Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius can be successfully made at most any stage of a person’s life. They are exercises for the heart, designed to help persons explore priorities, deepen relationship with God, and more readily follow God's invitations to one's life.The materials of the Toward Greater Freedom retreat - an adaptation of the Exercises - provide structured and specific spiritual exercises which help you discover your own way to prayer and discernment.

A small group is forming in Waco, Texas to begin this retreat on September 18.

Meeting Christ in Prayer

When it comes to prayer, one size does not fit all. Do you yearn for a deeper experience of prayer? Do you want to discover what your prayer means for a life of faith, hope, and love?

ISI will offer a five session series at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Plano, Texas exploring ways of praying and fundamental principles of prayer. Afternoon (1 pm) or evening (6:15 pm) sessions are available.

Join us once a month, live on Zoom, for a chance to meet, pray, listen, and speak from the heart.
