Once all of your steps are complete, you'll receive your teacher assignment in the mail and we'll see you for

Meet the Teacher Day
Monday, August 9th
8am-10am
(Kindergarten and 6th Grade on Friday, August 6th - Info below)

In order to guarantee a teacher assignment in the mail, please complete the Registration Process by
Monday, July 19th
Registrations received after that date may have to receive teacher placement at Meet the Teacher Day.

Important Note about Medications

All medications distributed to students during the school day must be registered with the clinic.

Please complete the appropriate authorization forms and plan to drop it off to the ISLOL clinic on
Monday, August 2nd
between 7am-4pm.
