Join Women in Pharma for a Wine Tasting and Q&A!

Registration is open for a Women in Pharma wine tasting event at the Chateau Elan Winery and Spa. The afternoon activities include a keynote speaker with an informal Q&A session and plenty of time for networking.

ISPE-CaSA Oktoberfest is Scheduled Oct. 17

ISPE-CaSA has scheduled its annual Oktoberfest social Thursday, October 17 at Hi-Wire Brewing at Golden Belt in Durham from 5:30 to 8:00 pm so polish up your lederhosen and dirndl attire, and practice your best polka moves and plan to have a good time!

The general admission price of $15 includes two drink tickets and appetizers.

ISPE-CaSA Education Seminar: Production of Viral Vectors for Gene Therapies on October 23
ISPE-CaSA presents an education seminar in Research Triangle Park, NC on October 23. The topic, “I ntroduction to Production of Viral Vectors for Gene Therapies ,” brings together subject matter experts for an afternoon of presentations and discussion.

The presenter line-up includes the following speakers from the Biomanufacturing Training and Education Center at NCSU:

  • Dr. Gary Gilleskie, Executive Director and Teaching Associate Professor
  • Dr. Caroline Smith-Moore, Interim Assistant Director

The program is in the Archie K. Davis Conference Center at the intersection of I-40 and Davis Drive in RTP. Sign-in starts at 2:30 p.m. and the program begins at 3:00.
Call for Speakers for “Vision 2020” Tech Conference
We have opened our abstract portal for those interested in speaking at our 27th Annual Life Sciences Technology Conference on March 10, 2020.

Speaking at a conference of your peers is a great way to boost your resume, perform some quality networking and expand your sphere of influence. Please consider submitting your abstract for an opportunity to speak at the Tech Conference next spring.

Our conference theme, "Vision 2020," will highlight the new therapies, technologies, and processes which will change our industry over the next decade.
