The ISPE-CaSA Young Professionals are hosting a special interactive opportunity for students, young professionals, ISPE-CaSA members and nonmembers to attend an afternoon of workshops
September 19 at the offices of the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina (IIANC) in Cary. Registration starts at 1:00 p.m. and the event ends at 5:00 p.m.
Afterwards, plan to attend the
Women in Pharma networking event at Der Biergarten
in Cary to unwind and enjoy an informal Q&A on gene therapy.

The WIP Networking Event takes place at

ISPE-CaSA Board Awards Scholarships to Students at NCSU and ECU
|
|
The ISPE-CaSA Board presented scholarships to three North Carolina college students, majoring in the technology and life sciences fields. Each student received a $1,500 scholarship to apply toward the 2020 Spring semester.
The student scholars are (pictured left to right below):
Colleen Brady
, a sophomore at East Carolina University with a double major in BioProcessing and Mechanical Engineering;
Elice Kitchen-McKinley
, a junior at N.C. State University, majoring in BioProcessing Sciences and
Indraj Rooprai
, a senior at East Carolina University majoring in BioProcess Engineering. Elice is also secretary of NC State’s ISPE Student Chapter and Indraj is president of ECU’s ISPE Student Chapter.
