In lieu of the printed Show Guide in the past, we are happy to present an app that will feature all things Tech Show. Our Enhanced Listing program will enable you to showcase your listing in the Tech Show app.

Exhibitor Information

Deadline for Set-Up Discounts is Feb. 7

No matter how many shows you attend, they are all different, with key information you need for yourself and to share with your team.

Each table or booth space includes tables, chairs, and an identification sign. Show Management is providing all booths and table top exhibits with one

500 watt / 5 amp electrical outlet.

Additional power requirements can be ordered directly through the Raleigh Convention Center.

Attendee Registration

We are pleased to announce attendee registration is open for those wishing to participate in the Tech Show, attend sessions, and enjoy networking.

• The registration fee is $50 for attendees in advance and $85 at the door.

If you are an exhibitor, you will receive a registration code for your booth staff in your email in-box.

Feel free to register others from your company, and simply follow this link to our tech show web page where you can find registration information, or click on the red button below.

Exhbitors are also welcome to join the education sessions, meal functions, keynote addresses, and other activities.

Career Fair Offers Added Benefits for Employers and Job Seekers

The ISPE CaSA Tech Show Career Fair continues to grow along with the regular show. We've created a special designated area in the middle of the tech show for these tables, added food and beverage service and installed a special photo booth offering free professional headshots.

We are also offering professional education courses throughout the day for attendees, including special programming for emerging leaders.

In addition, the Jane Brown Scholarship will be awarded to at least one deserving student.

Our Career Fair also features many exhibiting companies participating in the overall Tech Show, demonstrating their commitment to this industry and its future.

The 2024 ISPE Tech Show Room block(s) at the Marriott City Center are sold out, but the hotel does have rooms available at higher rates.

Jane Brown Scholarship

Apply Today for a Jane Brown Scholarship to Support Your Education

For college students pursuing careers in technology and life sciences, ISPE-CaSA offers its annual Jane Brown Scholarship.

The Jane Brown Scholarship is open to CaSA Student Chapter members enrolled in either an undergraduate or graduate field of study at an accredited university or college. Over the years, we have awarded one to two scholarships to deserving candidates based on their scholarship application, ISPE involvement and contributions, academic achievement, letters of recommendation, and essay.

Judging:

The CaSA Board of Directors, who all represent local owner companies, serve on the judging panel for the Jane Brown CaSA ISPE Scholarship. Please submit your application by Monday, February 12, 2024.

Announcement of Recipients:

The 2024 Scholarship winner(s) will be announced at our 31st Annual Life Sciences Technology Conference on February 28, 2024, in Raleigh, NC. Wendy Haines is the CaSA ISPE Scholarship Sub-Committee Chair, and you can contact her for more information regarding the scholarship.

Seminar for Emerging Leaders Course in Controlled Temp Chamber Mapping

Join the ISPE-CaSA Emerging Leaders for a seminar on Controlled Temp Chamber Mapping on March 1 in Raleigh.

The seminar takes place at the state-of-the-art Golden Leaf Biomanufacturing Training and Education Center (BTEC) on NC State's Centennial Campus.

This event is open to those new to the industry, students from all colleges and universities, and anyone looking to learn more Controlled Temp Chamber Mapping.
