We are looking for parent volunteers who can support our event to run smoothly!

Volunteers will receive an appreciation gift! Please complete with this survey by February 2, 2026.

For food and drink donations, we truly appreciate any contributions. Donations do not need to be themed around Lunar New Year.

Soka University students visited ISSAC on Friday, January 23rd again to work with students from all classes on PBL4.

Hello ISSAC Families

Please complete the Intent to Return survey for the 2026–2027 school year by February 13 to help us plan for the upcoming school year. Completing this survey allows us to reserve your child’s seat and plan classes, staffing, and programs.

As a thank-you, families who submit the survey by February 6 will receive one raffle ticket per child for completing the survey for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card. The raffle winner will be announced on February 13 via email.

Leo, Sea Star

Meet Leo!

Leo is six years old, and he is in the first grade. Leo has two siblings, Lex and Skarlytte, who also attend school here at ISSAC. Leo most recently learned about Ruby Bridges’ courage for his Peace and Human Rights PBL and created slime for one of his science projects in Ms. Norely’s class.

Leo’s favorite book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and his highest-rated movie is Spider-Man. He likes to eat steak, watermelon, and strawberries, and his favorite color is blue. When he grows up, Leo wants to be a police officer.

Leo is interested in learning about alligators, he likes to play with Hot Wheels, and he is most proud of himself for being organized.

“Leo is always encouraging others to do the right thing. He enjoys soccer and being a leader,” says Ms. Norely.

Leo, we look forward to watching you grow into such a remarkable person!
