Learning from the Past: Soka University Students Engage in Nuclear Awareness at ISSAC

On Friday, December 6th, Mr. Tetsushi Ogata, accompanied by several students from Soka University, visited ISSAC. The event began with the introduction of the guests, followed by a quiz to test the students' knowledge on nuclear-related topics. Afterward, the message of children who had suffered from the nuclear bombing in Japan was read aloud. This was followed by a short animated film depicting the tragic events of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings. The remaining time was dedicated to artistic activities related to the themes discussed during the session.
