IPC Holiday Hours and Staff Availability

Summary of IPC holiday hours Until December 13: Open for normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm). All DSOs available. December 16-December 23: Open for normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm). Limited DSO availability. December 24-January 1: IPC and UNCG closed January 2: IPC and UNCG resume normal office schedules In case of emergency when the office is officially closed , please call the UNCG Police at 336-334-4444 to be connected with a DSO. ISSS Walk In Hours We will continue to hold walk in hours as normal until 5:00 pm on December 23. The schedule can be found below: Mondays/Tuesdays 2:00-4:00 pm Wednesdays 1:00-3:00 pm Thursdays 9:00-11:00 am Friday - by appointment only (contact [email protected])

I-20 Travel Signatures

Are you travelling outside of the U.S. soon? Has it been more than 5 months since you received a travel signature on your I-20? If you answered "yes" to both of these questions, you need to apply for a travel signature before you leave the U.S.! Please click the button below to  apply for a travel signature via the ISSS Portal.  Once you have completed the request, our office will contact you to come in for a travel signature within 1-2 business days. Please plan to submit the request online ahead of time.  If you experience difficulties, email [email protected] to schedule a time to come in so we can assist you. For students on OPT  who are not living in Greensboro, we will issue you a new I-20 and ship it to you with the travel signature. Important Note:  The request is located under "Current Student Requests" > "Travel and Family" > "Overseas Travel Signature." Access the ISSS Portal

Important Information Regarding Academic Probation/Dismissal for Undergraduates

Please be sure to note the deadline for final grade submissions (12/16/19) and the deadline to submit academic suspension or dismissal appeals (1/02/20).  Additional details about academic standing notifications, SFO drop-in hours, registration cancellation, and financial aid no-SAP notifications are also provided.
