ISW EVENT RECAP
ISW PEN Webinar
ISW Professional & Entrepreneurial Network (ISW PEN) held an online webinar presented by OurCrowd, an online hybrid Venture Capital and Crowd Investing platform that was moderated by Rajesh Kasbekar. Over 20 people got a quick introduction on how Venture Capital works and a deeper dive into the OurCrowd platform. Based in Israel, a hotbed of tech innovation, the company has expanded to the US and provides access to pre-IPO startups as part of early stage funding. Their unique model allows accredited investors to co-invest directly in companies or as part of a fund. If you missed it, you can hear the discussion on the ISW Facebook page.

ISW Humrahee
An exciting time was had by all at the restart of the ISW Humrahee program in the new ISW India Center. People enjoyed playing Bingo, Carrom and Card games and partook of the free snacks, coffee and tea. Open to all 55+ on the fourth Saturday of the month. Details on ISW Website.

Over 500 of ISW community members will be attending the Celtics to watch their kids perform on the parquet floor. With three talented choreographers and their students performing, It is a proud moment for all of us as we keep the tradition going that was started in 2011. For details check out the ISW Website.

ISW Lambda

ISW Lambda, a peer-led safe space for LGBTQ+ youth of South Asian origin to connect with peers for informal discussion, support, and connection with the larger community relaunched its weekly meetings. Though tailored to the South Asian LGBTQ+ experience, all are welcome! More info.
