Road Trip Tales: A journey to the West and back
By Dhruv Jagan, 9th Grade, St. Johns
So here’s the thing about road trips, you get involved more and more as the number of days you travel!. Trust me, true fact! and I vouch for it. As the third leg of the journey finished, I was like where to next! So where did we drive to? Our next stop was North Dakota only one hour away from Mount Rushmore. I had read so much about Mount Rushmore in my History class, that the thought of seeing it in person made me giddy with excitement! Follow them on their journey and learn some fun facts about Mt. Rushmore on the webpage.
This is part of a new series by Dhruv Jagan that takes you on their exciting cross country trip this summer. Read the rest of the story on the ISW Website and don't forget to check in for the next exciting step of their journey.

Courage, by Asha Singh, ISW Teacher
