ISW YOUTH CORNER
Road Trip Tales: A journey to the West and back
By Dhruv Jagan, 9th Grade, St. Johns
Stop 3- Sioux Falls
Well, we’ve gotten to Chicago, why not just keep going ahead? We were all feeling fine and not overly tired, and so it was decided that we would soldier on. What’s the next stop though was the question? My dad mentioned he had read about a waterfall in South Dakota that was kinda fun stop. I heard it as “So falls”! At first, I was intrigued that a waterfall could be named like that, but a quick search proved me wrong. The word is Sioux Falls! Read about the rest of the journey and the vagabond motel life on the ISW website.
This is part of a new series by Dhruv Jagan that takes you on their exciting cross country trip this summer. Read the rest of the story on the ISW Website and don't forget to check in for the next exciting step of their journey.

ISW School off to a great start: Sept 2021
by Shiamin Melville & Ruchi Chauhan
ISW School was held in person in our beautiful building. After many months of remote learning, it was great to hear the halls and classrooms filled with the chatter of the kids, and the hustle and bustle of learning. We had a very successful open house on Sep 19th for new parents when they were introduced to their kid’s teachers. We held our first day of school on September 26th with everyone careful to wear masks and follow the school protocols. We currently have 108 registrations in all the different languages that we teach. You can still register if you are interested. Click here for more pictures of the first day of school.
