This month we would like to highlight one staff member from each building that has made our Tech Team's job a little easier. These staff members assist our Tech Team in so many ways to make sure that all stakeholders have the technology they need when they need it and in top working conditions. Some of the specific examples include:
- Willingness to share a new tool with another staff member.
- Working with students to quickly identify problems with their devices and using the right communication with IT for support.
- Implementing new online procedures to be more efficient and have data more centrally located in Infinite Campus.
- Using the IT Help Desk for logging IT issues.
- They not only follow IT recommendations, but also encourage other staff members to do the same. This includes things like submitting tickets and updating to Mojave!
