ITEEA's STEM CENTER FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING

ITEEA's STEM Center for Teaching and Learning

to Expand EbD Training Access Nationwide

Exciting Changes to Engineering byDesign Teacher Workshops!

ITEEA's STEM Center for Teaching and Learning is pleased to announce a significant expansion of Engineering byDesign (EbD) teacher workshops. Previously offered on a state-by-state basis, offerings are being scaled up to a nationwide model to better serve educators across the country.

How It Works:

  1. State Partnerships: STEM CTL will continue to collaborate with states that contract with us to host these valuable trainings. This ensures that state STEM and Engineering teachers can attend the workshops for free and have first priority on registration.
  2.  Open Registration: After a six-week priority registration period for state teachers, registration will open to any teacher in the nation. This allows educators from all over the country to benefit from our workshops at a very affordable price.

Why Attend?

STEM CTL Engineering byDesign workshops are designed to provide teachers with the latest tools, resources, and strategies to enhance STEM and Engineering education. By attending, you'll gain:

  • Hands-on Training: Gain practical experience through interactive sessions that can be directly applied in your classroom.
  • Latest Tools and Resources: Access cutting-edge tools and resources to enhance your STEM and Engineering curriculum.
  • Professional Development: Earn professional development credits, which can contribute to your career advancement and certification requirements.
  • Graduate Credit: All EbD Teacher Workshop attendees are eligible to apply for college graduate credits! Additional fees apply.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow educators and industry experts to share ideas, best practices, and build a supportive professional community.
  • Enhanced Teaching Skills: Learn new strategies and methodologies to engage your students and improve their learning outcomes.
  • Affordable Access: After the priority registration period, workshops are available at a very affordable price, making it accessible for teachers nationwide.

These workshops are designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills

needed to inspire the next generation of engineers and innovators.

We look forward to seeing you there!
