ITGA Connects 2020!
For any organization, especially small non-profits like the ITGA, challenging times provide both threats and opportunities. We prefer, and have been pursuing, the latter.

Over the last week, our new "ITGA Connects" initiative has enhanced the focus and potential of all things ITGA going forward.

Calls on essential campus-and-community topics led by ITGA board members Ron Jackson, Lisa Dvorak, Janet Lillie and Emily Allen (counterclockwise from top left), have drawn dozens of colleagues from around the U.S. and beyond, touching on everything from the Census to commencements, from students moving out, to communities carrying on as best they can.

Town-gown life is complex at many levels, and this largely beneficial, sometimes bumpy relationship has never been fleshed out with more clarity than now, thanks to ITGA.

In this mix, of course, are college town economies, many of which are reeling as never before, while both campuses and communities deal with on-the-ground issues like students moving out early, (with related events,) business complying with local and state laws, and a myriad of other questions that are emerging by the day.
