Rummage Sale
Friday and Saturday, June 10-11
We are now accepting items. You can put them on the stage in Harris Hall. Any big items should be held until Monday, June 6th. You can drop those items off that week on Monday thru Thursday from 10 AM until 4 PM. Those are also the hours volunteers will be working. Please contact Diane (see below) if you can work any of those days. There will be 2 shifts each of those days, one from 10 AM until 1 PM and one from 1 PM until 4 PM. We will also need volunteers to work at the sale on and people to help pack up unsold items on Sunday.
Please do not donate anything you would not have at your home, in other words, we want working usable items to sell (please no junk). We’ll be preparing for the sale the entire week beforehand and if you have large items, such as furniture, will have drivers who can pick them up. Contact Diane O'Brien with questions: 317-753-4371. Please e-mail Diane O’Brien at dianeob95@gmail.com with the times you are able to help.

Our time with Rev. Joel is Drawing to a Close
His last Sunday with us will be June 26. We are so grateful for his invaluable help steering our ship through the tumultuous seas of the past two years. We are in a better place because of his wisdom, experience and tender care.
The Board of Trustees and the Worship Associates are planning a special recognition service for him on Sunday, June 19, and then he will be with us for one more week. We will send him off with a pitch-in luncheon after the service on June 26.
Please mark these dates on your calendar:
- Sunday, June 19 - last sermon, special recognition service
- Sunday, June 26 - last day at All Souls; pitch-in luncheon
More details will follow as we get closer to June.
If you would like to make a contribution for Rev. Joel’s send-off, please note “Rev. Joel’s Send-off” on the memo line or notes section of your check or online donation.
In service and with love,
Jean Miller,
President, Board of Trustees

Volunteers Needed for Tech Booth on Sunday Morning
We are looking for some volunteers to learn how to operate our sound board and our livestream camera on Sunday mornings. By signing up to be trained you are NOT committing to work any Sundays, we just want to make sure that there is a good pool of congregants who know how to work the equipment. Share the knowledge! Once we have a few volunteers, we will decide on a time that works for everyone. Sign up here to get trained.

Support Our RE Program
Sarah will be out of town for several weeks this summer, first taking some much-needed time off, and then attending the UUA General Assembly in Portland, Oregon!
To ensure that things flow smoothly for our kids and our community partners while Sarah is gone, there are some small gifts of time that would yield big results. These include:
- Supporting the kids "on the quilts" with Amanda on May 29th, June 5th, June 19th or June 26th
- Making sure the nursery has volunteers so Amanda can help in the sanctuary
- Watering the community garden
- Serving Freedom School lunches (takes about an hour and your kid can help) or dropping off supplemental food
- Letting Sarah know you can help with Kid CON on June 12th
If you think you might be able to help with absolutely any of these things, please fill out this survey! Thank you so much for your support for All Souls Faith Formation programs over the last few years, and for helping Sarah put on her own oxygen mask for a bit before summer program begins!
