ITLC Holds First Train-the-Trainer of 2025

Last month, Facilitator Frank Burnett and Instructional Designer Jessie Supervielle delivered Train-the-Trainer Level 1 at Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) in North Carolina. The fully interactive session provided trainers with additional tools, enhanced teaching methods, engagement strategies, and techniques to help refine the content delivery process. Course participants included 10 CATS trainers who are active members of ITLC’s Signals, Rail Car, and Traction Power Consortiums, as well as bus trainers and paratransit instructors.

At the end of the course, CATS trainers who completed the course requirements received their program certificates and provided final evaluations. Many participants initially had reservations about the training, but after completing the course remarked that the training was “informative and engaging.”
