CHURCH OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST OF THE APOSTOLIC FAITH INC.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S COUNCIL

Dearly Beloved Winning Women,

Excitement, Enthusiasm, and Eager Expectation are in the air as we count down the days to Charlotte, North Carolina—the Queen’s City—for the 74th International Women’s Council Lead Her Ship Conference, convening October 15–19, 2025. This year’s theme, “You Know Me: A Celebration of Salvation and Lead Her Ship Administration”(Deuteronomy 31:12; Luke 1:41; Daniel 11:32), will guide our sacred time together as we worship, learn, and celebrate the sweet sisterhood of Winning Women everywhere.

The countdown is on! In just a short while, Winning Women from across the country and around the world will unite with the International Board of Bishops and Clergy Conference for an unforgettable experience of apostolic fellowship, dynamic teaching, and the joy of gathering in I Corinthians 15:58 consistency, resiliency, and excellence. We invite you to pray, prepare, and plan to be present. There is continued Victory Ahead!

HOUSING

Great news! Our main hotel is already sold out! This is a sign of God’s favor and the growing reach of our work. To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have secured three overflow hotels, each within a 1-mile radius of the Hilton Charlotte Airport. Each property offers excellent amenities and free airport shuttle services.

This expansion is a blessing, as we share sacred space with our Bishops and Clergy Conference family. For more information and assistance with booking at the overflow hotels, please visit www.cooljc.com or contact Winning Woman Elaine B. McCoy at 386-852-3986; elainebmccoy@gmail.com. Truly, all roads lead to the Queen’s City—Charlotte!

ENROLLMENT AND WINNING WOMEN GROWTH

We understand some have expressed concern regarding enrollment costs. Please allow us to again lovingly explain:

Our rates are not arbitrary; they are directly aligned with hotel industry standards and contractual obligations. Every major hotel contract requires a guaranteed level of food and beverage revenue. While this is not new, in recent years, costs have risen significantly—not only in our church but across every sector of society. We have all felt it at the grocery store, in restaurants, at appreciation dinners, family reunions, and even school banquets. The IWC is not exempt from these realities.

As the hospitality industry adjusts its policies and increases food and beverage minimums, our enrollment must reflect those changes. Again, while food and beverage minimums are not new, pricing is. For example, the American Hotel & Lodging Association reports a 13% increase in banquet food and beverage costs since 2022. Likewise, Meetings & Conventions Magazine notes that the average plated meal now exceeds $100 per person in major markets. These are the conditions under which the Convention Committee is negotiating to serve us well. This is beyond our control. In 2023 we distributed a survey asking women if they would prefer the IWC Conference experience at Church or continue with the hotel experience. The overwhelming majority (95%) indicated preference for the hotel experience sighting issues such as accessibility, adequate bathrooms for numerous delegates, and overall comfort. The challenges are great. However, we remain more than conquerors! We are Winning Women, daughters of the King, and we trust the One who promised to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory!

Please know that 100% of all funds received through reporting have gone directly to the respective initiatives of Home Mission and Global Mission. The Lord has blessed us to connect with Winning Women globally and domestically—not through enrollment dollars, but through God’s provision and our shared sacrifice—to boost morale, promote unity, and ensure inclusion. We have touched lives across the United States and through ToGetHer Global Tours in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Trinidad, the Bahamas, Sierra Leone, and London. We are evangelizing the world for Jesus Christ!

The Lord told me to remind every woman: We are WINNERS! Our founder prayed for an auxiliary in which all women could feel welcomed. The International Women’s Council is the result of that prayer. Regardless of marital, spiritual, educational, or any other status—we are all Winning Women GROWING Together ToGetHer. Unity is our theme. Glory is our goal.

Enrollment, together with church reporting, remains the primary way we

- Cover hotel and meal function expenses

- Support Home Mission and Global Missions, the two COOLJC initiatives entrusted to the IWC

- Provide a rich experience of workshops, worship, and fellowship for every delegate

To widen access, we continue to offer:

- Senior citizen discounts

- Discounted youth enrollment

- Discounted rates for presbyters (whose conference convenes simultaneously)

- A flexible payment plan, open since January and still available

Enrollment is not just a fee—it is an investment in your spiritual growth, our collective mission, and the global impact of the IWC. Enrollment includes:

- Admission to four delicious meal functions

- Custom-designed enrollment gear for this year’s celebration

- Full access to all workshops, services, and celebrations

- Apostolic fellowship and the sweet sisterhood of the IWC
