The IWIRC Programs Committee is soliciting interest from all IWIRC members to participate in or to nominate a panelist for the IWIRC@ABI Conference in Washington, DC, April 22-23, 2026.

The following topics are being considered (please note all are still subject to change):

1. Navigating Difficult Dynamics: Communication and Negotiation when Restructuring Turns Contentious
2. Fiduciary Crossroads: Director Duties in the Zone of Insolvency
3. Discovery in Distress: Investigative Tools for Restructuring and Insolvency Professionals

All IWIRC members are welcome to submit an expression of interest, nominate potential panelists, or suggest other topics for future panels. The Programs Committee will give priority to IWIRC members who have not participated on an IWIRC panel in recent years. Please note that all panels will be in-person only.
