Work Life Balance + Wellness
Last Tuesday, we walked and talked at Holliday Park with DNK Presents to explore our personal wellness - body and mind. We discussed the need to find a balance as we try to do so much for work and our families, and we went  through various exercises in the areas of mindfulness, visualization, and active listening. We got active and took a hike together, practicing mindfulness and disconnecting completely from our technology.
This immersive experience had us feeling refreshed and motivated as we walked away with tools to use at home and at work to feel better every day!

We will use this panel of experts to spark a real and honest conversation about gender issues at work, managing the expectations of others and moving up the corporate ladder regardless of gender, age, and race.
