We are delighted to invite you to join us in Amsterdam, on Friday 20 October and Saturday 21 October, for the face to face Affiliate Leadership Meeting, and the Patient Education Forum.

We have prepared a draft agenda here for the meeting and would very much value your input on the agenda to ensure the meeting is relevant and useful to you all. Please kindly review and inform us if you have any feedback by Wednesday 21 June.

The IWMF will reimburse expenses related to attendance at the Affiliate Leadership Meeting for 2 Affiliate Leaders per Affiliate group. Please find the full reimbursement policy here and reimbursement form here.

The deadline for registering for the meeting and reserving accommodation at the Kimpton De Witt is Friday 30 June.

PATIENT EDUCATION FORUM

We will be contacting you in mid-June with an email to share with the members of your patient group where individuals can register for the Patient Education Forum on Saturday 21 October.

The Patient Education forum will be held in collaboration with the IWMF and WMUK. This meeting will take place in two locations, Amsterdam and London, with live plenary sessions to be linked and streamed between the two locations. The Patient Education Forum will not be available to livestream from any other location, however recorded presentations will be made available following the meeting. More information on the Patient Education forum and the London location to be shared in due course.
