Campus Experience for High School Students
| | |
|
|
The Wildcat Summer Academy at Indiana Wesleyan University invites high school students (entering 9th grade to graduating seniors) to join an engaging, college-like experience on campus. Running June 15–20, 2025, this program fosters dynamic learning, spiritual growth, and meaningful social interactions in a supportive environment.
Students will explore their passions through hands-on workshops in fields like Art + Design, Engineering, Nursing, and more. They’ll develop skills, connect with like-minded peers, and engage with faculty who inspire curiosity and creativity. WSA emphasizes spiritual development, helping students integrate Christian faith into their interests and goals.

IWU Parent Council
Introducing Fundraising from Families for Students
| |
New Parent Council Members
Hi! We’re Steve and Joy Sherman, and we are passionate about healthy marriages, walking with people as they grow in Christ and IWU! Our son Elijah is a music education major at IWU, and has found his community among Marching Band, Chorale, Brass Quintet, Jazz Band and Orchestra. We love this place because of the emphasis on spiritual formation and Christian community, and the intention to help develop students into world changers for the Kingdom of God! We’re serving on the inaugural IWU Parent Council and are here to help!

Indiana Wesleyan University would love to connect with your student! We are offering a new and unique visit opportunity called Night at IWU. This is an overnight experience for high school seniors from Friday, January 24th to Saturday, January 25th. Prospective students will stay in our "retro" residence hall, Bowman House, and will experience the student life of IWU. There will be a worship service, games and activities with current students, a movie, and plenty of food.
Speaking of food, parents and guardians are invited to join their student for Donuts and Dialogue on Saturday at 9:00 am. This informal time of connection will allow you to visit with some of the leadership and admissions staff of IWU. Following this, there will be optional campus tours available.
Space is extremely limited so encourage your student to sign up soon!
