Lafayette's student gardeners will bring their flavor-packed, just-picked organic strawberries on Saturday. Limited supply - come early! LaFarm will be located between the EFM Merch Tent and Nesting Box Creamery.

Are you ready for this? Introducing Zekraft Crepes! This week they’ll be offering made to order crepes with fresh local strawberries, chocolate hazelnut and whipped cream. Plus a Strawberry Pecan Salad, and for one week only - Strawberry Soup made with local strawberries! Plus lots more salads and...frozen Banana Pudding Pops and Double Chocolate Pops!

You're gonna LOVE this farm-fresh, pure cream, old-fashioned ice cream! Choose from Strawberry cheesecake ice cream (cheesecake base with strawberry swirl and cheesecake chunks) or strawberry rhubarb (cheesecake ice cream with strawberry rhubarb swirl and streusel). Or keep it simple with vanilla or chocolate. Nesting Box will be offering scoops, sundaes, pints and half gallons. You'll find the creamery trailer next to the EFM Merchandise tent.

There’s nothing like a classic strawberry salad in honor of strawberry day! Pick up your favorite local berries, toss with Cabbage Throw Farm arugula, salted caramel walnuts and a white balsamic honey vinaigrette. Cabbage Throw will also have mini gem romaine, spring mix, head lettuce and other baby greens to create your favorite salads.

The first Beets of the season made an appearance last week and red and gold bunches will be back again this weekend. Additional produce includes curly & tuscan kale, rainbow chard, Bok choy, spinach, radish, turnips, butterchard, dandelion greens cilantro, dill, parsley, microgreens, carrots, purple top turnips, daikon radish and Comeback Farm's organic sweet potatoes. 

Grab some monster head lettuces while the temps are still cool and the lettuce is happy! This red leaf is topping out at 1.80 lbs.!! Salvaterra's will be offering a plethora of greens including spring mix, spicy European mesclun mix, spinach, arugula, tuscan kale, green kale, red kale, collards, chard, pak choy, mizuna, tatsoi, mustard greens, dandelion greens, red leaf, green leaf, and romaine lettuce. Plus Hakurei salad turnips, red radishes, French breakfast radishes, beets, carrots, parsley, dill, and cilantro.

Holy Cow Farm will be back this Saturday with their beautiful spring bouquets, available in standard and premium sizes. This week's bouquets will feature strawberry red lilies alongside bright yellow yarrow, for a strawberry lemonade theme! They will also have tons of their ranunculus blooms and beautiful tall snapdragons. It will be the last chance to purchase dahlia tubers to plant in your garden, so be sure to stock up if you want beautiful Holy Cow Farm dahlias blooming at your home all season long.

You may have to fight your Market Manager for this one! For one week only, Apple Ridge will be bringing back a fan favorite. It's a little salty a little sweet... the Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Pretzel Cookie! This brown butter chocolate chip cookie is loaded with butterscotch chips and pretzel pieces.

No strawberries here, but you're still in for a fruity treat with the Booch of the Day - Pinger, a zingy blend of peach and ginger.

Susan doesn't offer a strawberry soaps but you may want to try one of her smorgasbord of soaps, Cocoa Fudge, Licorice, Milk and Honey, Creamsicle, Green Tea, Espresso, Lemon Lime, or one of her homemade beer or Sangria soaps. And check out the fun soap pops too.

The United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley and Greater Easton Development Partnership have established the Ferry Street Fund. The two organizations will work with to provide long-term assistance with 100% of funds going to aid those affected by this disaster.
