Ice Cream In A Bag Recipe
Do you love a bowl of ice cream in the summer? How about homemade ice cream?! Check out this fun recipe to do with the kids or grandkids this summer! Make ice cream in a ziplock bag!
1)
Measure
1/2 cup of half-and-half
(if you don’t have half-and-half on hand you can substitute with milk) and pour into a small Ziploc bag.
2)
Add
1 tablespoon of sugar
to the Ziploc bag.
3)
Add
1 teaspoon of vanilla
to the Ziploc bag.
4)
Place the small Ziploc bag inside a 1-gallon Ziploc bag, and fill the large bag with
ice and rock salt
.
5)
Shake the bag for 5 min. or until your ingredients turn in to ice cream.
6)
Serve and enjoy!
You can also add fun ingredients like Reese's Cups or chocolate chips once your ingredients have turned to ice cream!
