Skating located at the Farmstead Shelter.  
Rink is on synthetic ice so it doesn't require freezing temperatures! 

$5/person ( includes 30 minute session and skate rental)
2018 Hall of Honor Nominations

The deadline for submission is Friday, December 28, 2018, at 4:00pm.  Criteria, forms, and additional information may be found at all 
Parks and Recreation regional sites, the Administrative Office 
and online at Hall of Honor.

Santa at the Caboose

Join us this Holiday season for a special visit with Santa Claus in Warrenton's vintage railroad caboose. Come enjoy cookies, hot chocolate, carolers, holiday music, and roasted marshmallows. The activity is free and open to all. Sponsored by the Fauquier County Parks and Recreation Department and the Friends of the Warrenton Caboose.

Holiday Sing-A-Long
with Peter McCory

Peter McCory is back for a special Holiday Sing-A-Long show! Kid's love the sing-a-long, dancing, clapping, and laughing good time. When the whole band is jamming it's a blast to watch. Fun is the name of the game, so grab a rhythm instrument and join the show! Tickets are $7 and available at the Marshall Community Center.


Improv Comedy

Presenting the Dark Horse Theatre Company's "The Calamity" Improv Group. Unrelenting, full of oh-no-you-didn't moments. The Calamity has a style that's never stale. Prepare to be in disbelief that something made up on the spot could be so hilarious, yet relevant. The audience will be simply amazed by this mad dash of improv games, audience participation, and thrills. For audiences 14 years and older. Tickets: $10 presale, $13 at the door (cash or check only).

Noon Year's Eve 
Family Celebration

Want something fun to do with the whole family on New Year's Eve without making it to Midnight? Try out FCPR's first ever FREE Noon Year's Eve Family Celebration.  The party gets started at 10am. The family can enjoy games, dance to music, and participate in the countdown to the "noon" year. Giveaways, snacks, party hats, and noise makers will be provided. At 12 noon sharp, a balloon drop marks the beginning of 2019 where everyone will toast with sparkling cider.   For more information call 540-422-8560 or
