Faculty and Staff Invited to Attend New Student Convocation this Friday

All university faculty and staff are invited to attend New Student Convocation on Friday, August 22. The convocation ceremony will be at 5 p.m. on the lawn just north of Frazier Hall, followed by the traditional New Student March through the Arch. This milestone event calls together the entire campus community to welcome our newest members of the Bengal family.

Indigenous Peoples Day will take place on Monday, October 13, 2025. This year’s theme, "Indigenous Joy: Celebrating Strength & Resilience," offers an important opportunity to honor the rich cultures, histories, and contributions of Indigenous peoples, with a focus on the strength and resilience that have guided these communities through generations.

To submit a campus update or story for Idaho State Today, fill out the online form by Friday at noon for Monday's edition, and Wednesday at noon for Thursday's edition. A separate newsletter called ROAR Weekly is sent to students on Wednesdays.
