Idaho State University’s newest tradition, Winter Commencement, on Dec. 14 in Holt Arena featured more than 250 graduates receiving degrees, certificates, and much-deserved praise.  “On behalf of all of the faculty and staff at Idaho State University, I would like to say that we are proud of you,” said Kevin Satterlee, ISU president. “You represent our success stories.
