ISU Civil Engineering Leading Research into Earthquake-Resistant Bridges

To the untrained eye it may not look like much, but you can see a piece of groundbreaking concrete on Interstate 15 at Exit 80 in Fort Hall thanks to the work of researchers at Idaho State University. The new interchange features a precast concrete pier supporting the 222-foot long and 88-foot wide bridge spanning the Interstate.

Doug Chambers Named Idaho Business Leader of the Year

Doug Chambers, CEO and President of Lookout Credit Union, is the 64th Idaho Business Leader of the Year. Alpha Kappa Psi (Delta Upsilon chapter), the professional business fraternity at Idaho State University, will recognize Chambers at their annual award dinner in Idaho State University’s Stephens Performing Arts Center on Thursday, March 7 at 6 p.m.

Submission Deadlines Announced for the ISU Research and Creative Works Symposium

The ISU Research and Creative Works Symposium will take place on March 13 at the Pocatello campus' Pond Student Union.
