Coming Soon: Bengal Giving Day 2023

Dear Staff and Faculty,

We are excited to announce the second annual Bengal Giving Day! On April 11 and 12, we will be rallying together for 1,901 minutes to raise as much as possible for Idaho State University. Bengal Giving Day is an online fundraising campaign that takes place over a short period of time in order to increase awareness and donations.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Now Available on the Pocatello Campus

The Department of Public Safety has partnered with Idaho Power, the Portneuf Resource Council, the Idaho Museum of Natural History, and the Pocatello Rotary Club to install two electric vehicle charging stations in the Student Union parking lot on the Pocatello campus.

An Idaho State University College of Education alumnus and retired Pocatello teacher, Beverly Gillette, and her family have established the new Gillette Family Scholarship to benefit post-traditional students returning to school to become elementary teachers.

To submit a campus update or story for Idaho State Today, fill out the online form by Friday at noon for Monday's edition, and Wednesday at noon for Thursday's edition. A separate newsletter called ROAR Weekly is sent to students on Wednesdays.
